However, if you need Heavy Duty (HD) foundations, we will need to order those in upon ordering.

Foundations do not come with a warranty - they are made out of wood, and they are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery or pick up. If a foundation breaks after delivery or pick up, buyer will be responsible to pay for a new one.
